Joel moved to the toddler room this week. The toddlers are ON the GO and go outside multiple times each day. Therefore, he now needs to wear shoes to school every day. Up until this point, we really have not put shoes on him often at all. Even when he was really little, he could pull off even the best "stay put" socks in NO time. So I am use to seeing those big feet uncovered. Now he has been wearing either Crocks or Tennis Shoes. He already wears a size 5. For some reason just seeing him in shoes all the time makes him look more like a little man to me. I was a little concerned they may slow down attempts at walking, but so far that does not seem to be the case.
It's good to know I'm not the only one who lets my kid run around without shoes. I'm amazed he's in a size 5 already, though. Connor's barely into a 4 and he's almost 14 months!
